The Enlightenment of "the Most Beautiful village Doctor" Program for Medical Students Cultivating in Colleges and Universities

This article made an analysis on the common quality and spirit of the ＂ the most beautiful village doctor＂,pointing out that it had important enlightenment for medical students to serwice at the grass-roots level,rural and community.Under the new medical reform situation,local medical colleges should not only guide the medical students set up the serwice at the grassroots level,rural people and communities of good medical ethics; improve the comprehensive quality,but also help students to understand the new medical reform policy,understanding the meaning of rural grassroots medical and health undertakings,consciously to vast rural rualize their life values.
