摘    要:目的 了解陕西省关中地区基层卫生医务人员工作倦怠现状及人口学特征对其影响的情况,为工作倦怠的防治提供参考依据.方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,对陕西省关中地区985名基层卫生医务人员进行调查;采用t检验和单因素方差分析探讨人口学特征对工作倦怠的影响状况.结果 陕西省关中地区基层医务人员工作倦怠中情绪衰竭、对工作积极负责和个人成就感三个维度得分依次为(3.66±1.00)分、(3.84±0.78)分、(3.72±0.77)分,其中情绪衰竭受婚姻状况、单位类型、职工类型和职称的影响;对工作积极负责受性别和年龄的影响;在个人成就感方面,年龄成为其主要影响因素.结论 陕西省关中地区基层卫生医务人员的工作倦怠状况处于不良状态,尚需改进;应重点关注综合医院、医生、护理以及年龄较小的医务人员;提高对基层医务人员的重视度及减轻工作负荷等是降低医务人员工作倦怠的有效措施.

Abstract:Objective:To provide the evidence for policy making to prevent job burnout in grassroots medical staff of Guanzhong area in Shaanxi province by investigating current state and demographic influence factors.Methods:Multistage stratified cluster sampling was adopted to investigate 985 grassroots medical staff.T test and single factor analysis of variance were used to explore the relationship between demographic characteristics and job burnout.Results:The score s of emotional exhaustion,being actively responsible for the work and personal accomplishment were (3.66 ± 1.00),(3.84 ± 0.78) and (3.72 ± 0.77).Emotional exhaustion was mainly affected by Marital status,unit type,staff type and title.Being actively responsible for the work was mainly affected by sex and age.Age became the main factors of personal accomplishment.Conclusion:The current state of job burnout is bad in grassroots medical staff,and still needs improvement.More attention should be paid to general hospitals,doctors,nursing and younger medical personnel.Increasing attention to grassroots medical staff and reducing the work load are the effective measures to reduce the medical staff burnout.
