| 摘 要： | 目的：了解重症急性呼吸综合征(SARS)住院患者精神症状临床特征。方法：在SARS定点医院对住院患者进行观察，以面对面访谈方式作精神检查。结果：住院SARS患者精神症状以情绪障碍为主，焦虑、失眠伴轻度抑郁最常见；女性患者发生精神症状明显多于男性。结论：支持性心理治疗可起到很大作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the occurrence of mental symptoms among SARS(severe acute respiratory syndrome) patients in designated hospital. Method:SARS patients in designated hospitals were interviewed face to face to evaluate mental symptoms. Results:The main psychological problems experienced by SARS patients were emotional symptoms,mainly anxiety,insomnia and minor depression.Female patients tended to have more severe symptoms than male. Conclusion:Supportive treatments may serve valuable function for emotional symptoms. |
