| 摘 要： | 目的探寻慢性肥厚性鼻炎的理想治疗方案。方法对116例(137侧)肥大的下鼻甲行压榨并下鼻甲部分切除。结果126例术后鼻通气改善,均解除鼻塞,无并发症发生。结论压榨并下鼻甲部分切除是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis by forcipressure combine with partial inferior turbinectomy.Methods 126 patients (137 cases) with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated by partial inferior turbinectomy combine with forcipressure.Results All patients had better nasal ventilation than before the operation and symptoms of nasal obstruction was relieved. No complication happened.Conclusion The forcipressure combine with partial inferior turbinectomy is an ideal therapy for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. |
