红花注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛

摘    要:目的 :观察红花注射液对稳定型心绞痛的疗效及血液流变学影响。方法 :将 6 0例稳定型心绞痛病人 ,随机分 2组。红花组 30例给予红花注射液2 0mL + 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0mLiv ,gtt ,qd× 10d。丹参组 30例给予丹参注射液 16mL + 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0mLiv ,gtt ,qd。结果 :对心绞痛症状总有效率红花组为 90 % ,丹参组为 87% (P >0 .0 5 )。对心电图改善总有效率红花组为 6 3% ,丹参组为 37% (P <0 .0 5 )。红花组血液流变学的各项指标与治疗前比较显著下降 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,且改善程度明显优于丹参组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :红花注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效优于丹参

Abstract:AIM: To observe the efficancy and the hemorrheology effect of Carthamus tinctorius injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris. METHODS: Sixty patients with angina pectoris were divided into two groups. Carthamus tinctorius group of thirty patients (M 16, F 14; age (54± s 8) a) was treated with Carthamus tinctorius injection 20 mL+5 % glucose injection 500 mL iv drip, qd for 10 d. Salvia miltiorrhiza group of thirty patients (M 15, F 15; age (54±7) a) was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection 16 mL+ 5 % glucose injection 500 mL iv drip, qd for 10 d. RESULTS: The symptom improving rate was 90 % in Carthamus tinctorius group and 87 % in Salvia miltiorrhiza group ( P >0.05). The ECG effective rate was 63 % in Carthamus tinctorius group and 37 % in Salvia miltiorrhiza group, respectively( P < 0.05 ). Carthamus tinctorius reduced blood viscosity also. CONCLUSION: Carthamus tinctorius is a safe and effective drug for treatment of stable angina pectoris.
