华西医院1996--2005年住院糖尿病患者并发症及伴发症患病情况

目的调查住院糖尿病（DM）患者并发症及伴发症患病情况及其变化趋势。方法利用病案查询系统检索我院1996--2005年住院DM患者病历，随机抽取1／2（11129例）对糖尿病并发症及伴发症进行统计分析。结果近10年间我院DM患者住院人数平均每年以19．0％的速率上升。住院DM患者急性并发症的患病率与DM慢性并发症的患病率缓慢上升，其中DM微血管病变患病率稳中有降，但DM大血管病变患病率逐年升高。住院DM患者高血压及恶性肿瘤的患病率有上升趋势。结论DM患者住院人数近年来迅速增加，DM患者并发大血管病变以及伴发高血压、恶性肿瘤的人数逐年升高。

Analysis of the complications and accompanied diseases of diabetic inpatients in West China Hospital, 1996-2005

Objective To analyze the prevalence of diabetic complications and accompanied diseases of inpatients with diabetes in WCH,1996-2005. Methods This was a retrospective study. The amount of diabetic inpatients were got by computer search system of our hospital from 1996 to 2005 and we randomly collected half of the medical records（11 129） for analysis. Results The proportion of diabetic inpatients account for 5.2% of all patients hospitalized in 1996--2005. The incidence of acute diabetic complications drop to 6.3%, which was much lower than before, but the prevalence of chronic diabetic complications was increased slightly. The prevalences of diabetic nephropathy and diabetic neuropathy were 12. 2% and 16.5%, which were stable during the passed ten years. But a higher incidence of diabetic macrovascular diseases was noticed （22.9%）. The prevalences of hypertension and malignant tumor in diabetic inpations were 38. 3% and 10. 8% respectively. Conclusions The proportion of diabetic inpatients during 1996--2005 is much higher than before. The prevalences of the diabetes-complicated macrovascular diseases and the accompanied hypertension and malignant tumor were growing.
