腰椎间盘突出症术后下肢深静脉血栓形成

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生原因及诊治。方法总结了1993—2005年我科6例腰椎间盘突出症术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床资料。结果5例经彩色多普勒超声扫描确诊,1例发生肺梗塞死后尸体解剖确诊。2例静脉抗凝、溶栓治疗,3例血管介入溶栓治疗,疗效满意。结论下肢深静脉血栓形成是一种多因素疾病,发生率有增加趋势,后果十分严重,应引起骨科医生的高度重视。

Formation of lower limb deep vein thrombosis after operation of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To explore the cause of deep vein thrombus of lower limb after operation of lumbar disc herniation.Methods To review the clinical data of 6 patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after operation of lumbar disc herniation.Results In the 6 patients,5 patients suffered from deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity were diagnozed after the colored Doppler supersonic scanning and 1 patient with deep vein thrombus of lower limb had pulmonary embolism by autopsy?In which two were given the treatment of vein anti-clotting and melts the hitch and 3 were given the blood anticoagulanting treatment and the curative effect was satisfactory.Conclusion The deep vein thrombus form of lower limb vein is more than one kind of factors disease and its formation rate has the increase the tendency,the consequence is extremely serious.This kind of phenomenon should bring to the orthopedic doctor's attention.
