林可霉素发酵液的磁场强化膜分离工艺研究

摘    要:在混合醇萃取前,引入磁场强化膜分离技术对板框过滤后的林可霉素发酵液进行提纯和浓缩。研究结果表明,磁化作用对改善浓差极化和防止膜污染效果显著,PES10超滤膜的1h初始膜通量和6h稳定膜通量分别增加了36.2%和28.6%,蛋白去除率提高了10.4%;NF270纳滤膜的1h初始膜通量和6h稳定膜通量分别增加了21.2%和48.5%,蛋白去除率提高了4.8%。浓缩液再进行萃取,混合醇用量随料液体积明显减少,萃取效率和林可霉素收率均较原工艺有明显提高。

Abstract:The lincomycin filtered broth by plate and framefilter was purified and concentrated with membrane separation techniques in magnetic field, and further extracted with mixed alcohols. We found membrane magnetization to improved the concentration polarization and membrane pollution significantly. At lh and 6h filtration, the fluxes of ultrafiltration membrane PES10 increase with 36.2% and 28.6%, respectively. The removal rate of proteins increased with 10. 4%. At lh and 6h filtration, the fluxes nanofiltration membrane NF270 increased with 21.2% and 48. 5%, respectively. The removal rate of proteins increased with 4.8%. The mixed alcohol consumption decreased due to less solution of extraction. Consequently, the production of lincomycin in the improved process increased significantly compared with no magnetization treatment process.
