| 摘 要： | 目的评价反眉状巩膜隧道式小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出术人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法对226例（266眼）白内障采用反眉状巩膜隧道式小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入手术。随访6～12个月。结果术后最佳矫正视力≥1．0者99眼（37．22％），0．5～0．8者146眼（54．88％）。无严重并发症发生。结论反眉状巩膜隧道式小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of anti-eyebrow-shaped small scleral tunnel incision non-phacoemulsifieation cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods The surgery was performed on 266 eyes of 266 patients that suffered from cataract . The follw-up period was 6 - 12 months. Results The best corrected visual acuities （BCVA） of 99 eyes （ 37.22% ） were at ≥ 1.0 and the BCVA of 146 eyes （54.88%） were at 0.5 -0.8 . No serious complication was found. Conclusion Anti-eye- brow-shaped small scleral tunnel incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens im- plantation have a good effect. |
