前房维持器在手法小切口白内障摘出术中应用

目的探讨在手法小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术中应用前房维持器的效果。方法在557例（627眼）白内障手法小切口非超声乳化术中应用前房维持器维持前房，进行截囊、冲洗皮质及植入人工晶状体等操作。结果术中前房保持稳定，且有足够的前房深度，能顺利完成截囊，容易将晶状体皮质彻底清除，尤其是主切口下方的皮质容易干净吸出；顺利植入人工晶状体。结论应用前房维持器维持灌注，术中前房稳定，便于截囊、冲洗皮质以及植入人工晶状体，并发症少，能减少黏弹剂的用量。

The application of anterior chamber maintainer in manual small incision cataract extraction

Objective To study the effect of anterior chamber maintainer in non-phacoemulsifica- tion small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods The anterior chamber maintainer was used in 557 cases （627 eyes） of cataract surgery which underwent capsulotomy, irrigation and aspiration of cortex, implantation of intraocular lens. Results With the help of anterior chamber main- tainer, the anterior chamber was stable and deep enough to accomplish capsulotomy and aspiration of cortex safely. Especially the cortex under the corneal incision could be cleaned easily. And the intraocular lens could be implanted successfully. Conclusion With the help of anterior chamber maintainer, the anterior chamber is stable and deep enough to accomplish capsulotomy, aspiration of cortex and implantation of in- traocular lens and with less complication during the surgery. It can reduce the use of viscoelastic agent.
