前房角分离联合超声乳化治疗慢性闭角型青光眼伴发白内障

目的评价前房角分离联合晶状体超声乳化术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼伴发白内障的效果。方法102例（102只眼）慢性闭角型青光眼伴发白内障实施前房角镜直视下前房角分离术并联合晶状体超声乳化术，观察术前及术后视力、眼压及UBM检查结果。结果视力：术后1周、3个月、1年及2年平均最佳矫正视力均较术前提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。眼压：术后1周、3个月、1年及2年眼压均较术前降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后眼压总控制率为97．1％。UBM检查：中央前房深度、前房角开放距离、小梁虹膜夹角、小梁睫状体距离于术后3个月、6个月、1年、2年均较术前增加，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论前房角分离联合超声乳化术可以作为慢性闭角型青光眼伴发白内障的治疗方法；

Goniosynechialysis and phacoemnisification for chronic angle-closure glaucoma with cataract

Objective To assess the efficacy of goniosynechialysis and phacoemulsification for chronic angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 102 eyes of 102 patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma and cataract underwent a standard goniosynechialysis and phacoemulsification. The best corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, intraocular pressure （IOP）, uhrasound biomicroscopy （UBM） were observed preoperatively and postoperatively. Results Vision： Compared with preoperative data, the l week, 3 months, 1 year and 2 years postoperative BCVA were improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. IOP： Compared with preoperative data,the 1 week, 3 months, 1 year and 2 years postoperative IOP decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total control rate was 97.1%. UBM：Compared with preoperative data, anterior chamber distance, angle open distance, trabecular iris angle, trabecular ciliary process distance were significantly different at 3 months, 6 mouths, 1 years and 2 years postoperatively （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Goniosynechialysis combined with phacoemulsification may be effective for chronic angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.
