| 摘 要： | 目的观察角膜病灶清创联合绷带型角膜接触镜治疗轻度真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法对16例（16眼）我院确诊为轻度真菌性角膜溃疡病例进行病灶清创联合绷带型角膜接触镜及抗真菌药物应用。观察期：≥6个月。结果16例（16眼）中男9例，女7例，年龄27～68岁，平均（34．61±7．37）岁。治疗前矫正视力：数指／10cm～0．2。全部16例治愈，矫正视力：0．05～0．8。结论角膜病灶清创联合联合绷带型角膜接触镜对早期、轻度真菌性角膜溃疡有较好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of corneal lesion debridement combined with bandage contact lens for mild fungal corneal ulcer. Methods Sixteen eyes of 16 patients with mild fungal corneal ulcer underwent debridement combined with bandage contact lens and antifungal drugs. The observational time was over 6 months. Results The corrected visual acuity before treatment was at finger counting/10 cm to 0.2. 16 cases were all cured and the corrected visual acuity was at 0.05 to 0.8. Conclusion Corneal lesion debridement combined with bandage contact lens is effective for mild fungal corneal ulcer. |
