| 摘 要： | 目的评价玻璃体切除联合睫状突光凝治疗外伤性青光眼的临床效果。方法复杂眼外伤导致的外伤性青光眼23例（23眼）行玻璃体切除联合直视下睫状突光凝术，观察手术前后的眼压及视力。结果手术后大部分病例眼压得到控制，视力有不同程度的恢复。结论玻璃体切除术中直视下睫状突光凝可有效降低外伤性青光眼的眼压，是一个治疗外伤性青光眼的有效办法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with cyclophotocoagulation for traumatic glaucoma. Methods 23 eyes of 23 cases with secondary glaucoma caused by complicated ocular injury underwent vitrectomy combined with cyclophotocoagulation. The intraocular pressure and visual acuity before and after operation were observed. Results The intraocular pressure was controlled in 16 cases after operation. The visual aeuities were improved at different degrees in all cases. Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with cyclophotocoagulation is an effective method in the treatment of traumatic glaucoma. |
