摘    要:目的:探讨大鼠胰岛B细胞功能对变应性气道炎症的影响及其机制。方法:将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为D、A、DA、DAI和C组,每组8只。D组:腹腔注射链脲菌素(STZ)建成1型糖尿病模型;A组:腹腔注射卵清蛋白(OVA)致敏+OVA激发建成哮喘大鼠模型;DA组:腹腔注射STZ+OVA致敏和激发;DAI组:腹腔注射STZ+皮下注射胰岛素+OVA致敏和激发;C组为对照组。检测各组血清C肽水平、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)白细胞计数和分类。结果:与对照组比较,DA组BALF炎症细胞计数显著减少;DAI组大鼠经过胰岛素处理后BALF的炎症细胞计数较DA组显著增高。结论:大鼠胰岛B细胞功能对变应性气道炎症有调节作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of islet B cell on atopic airway inflammapion in rats and its potential mechanism.Methods:Forty male, SD rats were divided into five groups. Group-D: rendered diabetes by injection of streptozotocin (STZ); Group-A: OVA sensitized and then OVA challenged;Group-DA:rendered diabetes and then OVA sensitized, and challenged; Group-DAI: render diabetes, and then insulin subcutaneous injection, and OVA sensitized, and challenged; Group-C: were controlled. Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) was performed in rats from each group 24 h after being challenged,total and differential cell counts were determined. Blood glucose was estimated, total and differential leukocyte counts were carried out in blood samples and C-peptide concentration were tested in serum.Result:The total and differential cell counts decreased significantly in BAL fluid in group-DA when compared with that of the controll. Compared with group-DA, the total and differential cell counts in BAL fluid of group-D were increased significantly after insulin subcutaneous injection.Conclusion:Islet B cells might modulate the atopic airway inflammation in rats.
