青少年前牙外伤治疗的临床观察

目的：讨论年轻恒牙前牙外伤损伤的病因、特点、诊断标准和治疗方法。方法：对3年内本科室就诊的50例前牙外伤患者的临床资料进行分析,并且就临床类型、治疗方法进行讨论。结果：50例患者73颗外伤牙。其中牙挫伤20颗,占总例数的28%,成功率100%;牙折23颗,占总例数的32%;牙脱位30颗,占总例数40%,成功9颗（30.1%）,有效18颗（60%）。结论：青少年前牙外伤发病率高,一旦受伤,应立刻治疗,以免延误病情。

Clinical observation of front tooth injury treatment for adolescents

Objective To discuss the causes,pathogenesis,characterisitics,diagnostic criteria and treatment for adolescents permanent front tooth injury.Methods Analysing the clinical data of front tooth injury of 50 client in the department for 3 years,also discussion of clinical type and treatment methods.Results Among 73 injury tooth from 50 patients,there were 20 tooth contusion which was 28% in total proportion.The success rate is 100%;There were 23 tooth fracture which was 32% in total proportion;There were 30 tooth dislocation which was 40% in total propotion,9（30.1%） tooth had successful treatment and 18（60%） had effective treatment.Conclusion The incidence of front tooth injury treatment for adolescents is very high.Once they had injury,the treatment should given as soon as possible in case of delay.
