PSA和PCNA在前列腺癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:①目的 探讨前列腺特异性抗原 (PSA)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在前列腺癌及前列腺增生症中的表达特征。②方法 收集不同分级的前列腺癌组织 4 4例 ,前列腺增生组织 2 0例 ,用免疫组织化学方法染色 ,观察PSA和PCNA的表达。③结果 PSA在前列腺增生组织中表达较高 (16 / 2 0 ) ,在前列腺癌组织中则表达较低 (2 3/4 4 ) ,两者比较差异有显著性 (H =7.5 35 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;随Gleason评分及临床分期增加 ,前列腺癌PSA表达下调 (H =7.0 31、7.396 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;PSA表达与血清PSA水平间差异无统计学意义 (H =0 .6 5 3,P >0 .0 5 )。PCNA在前列腺癌组织中表达较前列腺增生组织增加 ,差异有显著性 (H =7.892 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;PCNA的表达随Gleason评分增加而增加 (H =6 .5 0 2 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同临床分期前列腺癌的PCNA表达差异无显著意义 (H =2 .345 ,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论 PSA和PCNA的表达与前列腺癌发生、发展有一定的关系。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the features of expression of PSA and PCNA in prostatic carcinoma and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). MethodsThe tissues of different-grade prostatic carcinoma in 44 cases and benign BPH in 20 cases were collected and stained by immunohistochemical method. The expressions of PSA and PCNA were observed.ResultsThe expression of PSA in BPH tissue was higher (16/20) than that in prostatic carcinoma samples (23/44), the difference was significant ( H=7.535, P<0.05). With the increase of Gleason scores and clinical staging, PSA expression in the carcinoma declined (H= 7.031, 7.396, P<0.05). The difference between PSA expression and serum-PSA level was not significant statistically (H= 0.653,P>0.05). The expression of PCNA in carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in the BPH tissue (H=7.892, P<0.05). The expression of PCNA increased with the increase of Gleason scores (H=6.502, P<0.05). The difference of expressions of PCNA in different clinical stages showed no significance (H=2.345, P>0.05).ConclusionThe expression of PSA and PCNA is related to the development and progression of prostatic carcinoma.
