| 摘 要： | 采取放射免疫分析法检测了100例肺心病患者甲状腺激素水平,结果表明:①肺心病患者血清T_3、T_4、FT_3、T_3/rT_3均低于对照组,差异有高度显著性(P均<0.001),rT_3高于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05)。②肺心病不同病期比较:T_3、FT_3在肺心病各组均低于对照组,差异有显著性(P均<0.05),且T_3在发作期、缓解期各组间比较差异均有显著性(P均<0.05);rT_3在肺脑组均高于各组,差异有显著性(P均<0.05);FT_4及TSH肺心病各组间比较差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。结果提示T_3值的降低与病情及预后有关。

| Abstract: | Serum thyroid hormones (T_3, T_4, rT_3, FT_3, FT_4), TSH were measured by RIA in 100 patients with chronic cor pulmonale. Concentrations of hormones were compared in the patients at various stage(remission, respiratory failure pulmonary cncephalopathy. The following abnormalities, compared to 53 normal controls, were found: (1) in patients with cor pulmonale concenotrations of serum T_3, FT_3 (free T_3), T_4, T_3/rT_3 were lower, rT_3 (reverse T_3) were higher, FT_4 and TSH were normal. (2) low concenlrations of serum T_3, T_4 were concerned with severe illness and poor prognosis. The more severe the illnesses were, the lower the concentration of serum T_3 was. The lower the concentration of serum T_4 was,the higher the mortality was. (3) low concentrations of serum FT_4 and TSH were adapted to severe illness. |
