病毒性心肌炎患者外周血红细胞免疫功能的变化和血清cTnI水平的相关性分析

目的：探讨了病毒性心肌炎患者外周血红细胞免疫功能的变化和血清肌钙蛋白（cTnI）水平的相关性。方法：应用电化学发光法和免疫法对40例病毒性心肌炎患者进行了血清cTnI水平和红细胞免疫功能测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：病毒性心肌炎患者RBC-C3bRR水平明显降低（P〈0.01）,而血清cTnI水平则显著升高（P〈0.01）。RBC-C3bRR水平与血清cTnI水平呈显著负相关（r=-0.3688,P〈0.05）。而RBC-ICRR水平则显著高于正常人水平（P〈0.01）,与血清cTnI水平呈显著正相关（r=0.3784,P〈0.05）。结论：病毒性心肌炎患者存在免疫调节的紊乱,免疫功能低下与血清cTnI水平有一定的相关性。

Study on the Relationship Between Peripheral Blood Red Blood Cells Immunofunction Status and Serum cTnI Levels in Patients with Viral Myocarditis
