| 摘 要： | 目的观察比较采用腹腔镜与经腹手术治疗慢传输性便秘护理。方法将腹腔镜结肠次全切除术14例与开腹结肠次全切除术17例分为观察组和对照组，对两组的手术时间、切口长度、出血量、术后疼痛持续时间、肠道功能恢复时间、治疗效果、切口愈合、并发症发生的情况及平均住院日等方面进行观察分析。结果两组比较，手术时间、治疗效果差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05），观察组平均切口长度、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间、肠道恢复时间均显著减少（P〈O．05），切口一期愈合率显著提高（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜结肠次全切除术，减轻了患者痛苦，术后恢复快，减少了护理工作量。加强腹腔镜术后的护理对患者术后恢复有明显促进作用。
