| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Leep刀和微波治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法150例宫颈糜烂患者随机分成两组，分别采用微波治疗和Leep刀治疗。分析患者手术时间、术中出血量和治愈情况。结果Leep刀治疗组出血量大于微波治疗组（P〈0．05），治愈率高于微波治疗组（P〈0．05）。两组治疗所用时间无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论相比较于微波治疗，应用Leep刀治疗中重度宫颈糜烂有更好的效果。
