| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救护理方法及抢救要点。方法回顾性分析我科曾应用解毒剂、复能剂治疗并采取积极有效的护理措施护理的100例急性有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料，患者中毒程度为轻度55例、中度25例、重度中毒患者20例。结果经治疗后轻中度有机磷农药中毒患者全部治愈，重度中毒患者有10例死亡，抢救总成功率为90％。重度患者的死亡率明显高于轻中度中毒患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论对急性有机磷农药中毒的患者要争分夺秒的治疗，并采取有效的护理措施。对重度中毒患者更要加倍重视，早发现早治疗，避免其病情加重尤为重要。
