| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI在膝关节半月板撕裂诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析因膝关节疾患而行膝关节镜和MRI检查的50例（50膝）患者的临床资料。分析膝关节半月板撕裂的MRI表现，并与关节镜检查结果相对照。结果本组50例（50膝）、100个半月板中，MRI检查明确诊断半月板撕裂12个，其中内侧半月板6个、外侧半月板6个；经关节镜证实半月板撕裂10个，其中内侧半月板5个、外侧半月板5个，其余2个半月板关节镜下肉眼未见明显撕裂；MRI诊断半月板损伤的敏感度为80．5％，特异度为98．0％，准确度为95．6％，阳性预测值为92．0％，阴性预测值为96．1％。结论MRI是诊断半月板撕裂的极有价值的诊断方法，MRI与关节镜诊断结合能够提高半月板损伤的诊断率。
