火焰原子吸收法测定紫薯中的微量元素

摘    要:目的测定紫薯中锌、铁、钙、铜、锰的含量。方法样品经微波消解,采用火焰原子吸收法测紫薯中微量元素的含量。结果该方法准确、可靠,相对偏差为0.108%~1.784%,回收率为98.5%~100-3%。结论紫薯中含有丰富的微量元素,钙和铁的含量较高,锰的含量较低。

Abstract:Objective Determination of contents of zinc,iron,calcium,copper and manganese in the purple potato.Methods Melting purple potato samples by microwave,and detecting volumes of trace elements by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The relative deviation is 0.108%-1.784%,and the returning rate is 98.5%-100.3%,showing this method is accurate and reliable.Conclusion The purple potato is rich in trace elements.It has high level of contents of calcium and iron,and low level of contents of manganese.
