硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效评价

目的评价硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗急性心力衰竭（AHF）的疗效。方法66例AHF患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用硝普钠与多巴胺。结果治疗后，观察组心功能改善情况优于对照组，具有显著差异（P〈O．05或P〈O．01）。观察组SV、LVEF、FS及对照组SV、LVEF治疗后明显优于治疗前，具有显著性差异（P〈O．05或P〈O．01）。观察组FS优于对照组（P〈O．0.01）。治疗期间两组患者均未发现有明显不良反应。结论硝普钠联合多巴胺能够有效地治疗AHF疾病。

Efficacy Evaluation of Sodium Nitroprusside Combined with Dopamine in Treatment of Acute Heart Failure

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination use of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine in treatment of acute heart failure（AHF）. Methods 66 cases of AHF patients were divided into observation group and control group. Control group： conventional therapy;observation group：conventional treatment plus sodium nitroprusside and dopamine. Results After treatment,the improvement of cardiac function in observation group was more significant than in control gToup（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;LVEF,SV,FS in observation group and SV,LVEF in control group were better than before treatment,with significant differences（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. After treatment,FS in observation group was better than that in control group（ P〈O.O1）. During treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion Combination use of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine in treatment of acute heart failure has better efficacy.
