| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿颅脑超声检查的早期诊断意义。方法回顾性分析38例颅脑超声异常患儿超声表现，分析二维超声表现及大脑中动脉阻力指数异常情况。结果绝大部分颅脑疾患均有明确二维超声异常表现，可伴或不伴大脑中动脉阻力指数异常；少数仅有大脑中动脉阻力指数异常表现。结论二维超声对颅脑疾患有直接和确定诊断价值，同时联合彩色多普勒超声检查可进一步提高早期诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of early ultrasound diagnosis in the neonatal brain disease.Methods The ultrasound imaging of thirty-eight children with neonatal brain disease were retrospectively analyzed,analyze two-dimensional ultrsound and resistance index of middle cerebral artery.Results Most of these have a clear abnormal two-dimensional ultrasound showed,with or without alnormal middle cerebral artery.Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrsound have diagnostic value directly and confirmly, combining inspect... |
