腰硬联合麻醉与硬膜外麻醉用于剖宫产术的对比研究

目的对比腰硬联合麻醉与硬膜外麻醉用于剖宫产术的临床效果及安全性。方法将接受剖宫产的48例孕妇随机分为观察组与对照组各24例,其中观察组术中采用腰硬联合麻醉,对照组采用单纯硬膜外麻醉。结果组间比较麻醉起效时间、麻醉阻滞完善时间以及麻醉开始至胎儿娩出时间均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);各时间段平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR)均无显著差异,不具统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组未有1例发生牵拉痛、肌松效果差及使用镇静镇痛剂的情况,对照组发生3例,组间比较具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率12.5%,对照组为29.2%,组间比较具统计学意义(P<0.05);组间Apgar评分比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腰硬联合麻醉可作为剖宫产手术首选的麻醉方法。

Conclusion Lumbar hard combined anesthesia can be used as the preferred method of cesarean section surgery anesthesia.
