应用微创经皮钢板内固定术治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨微创经皮钢板内固定术在治疗胫骨Pilon骨折上的效果,研究其医学价值,从而为临床提供借鉴意义。方法选取我院2010年6月至2012年6月这两年内收治的胫骨Pilon骨折患者50例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组患者采用切开复位钢板内固定术予以治疗,观察组患者则采用微创经皮钢板内固定术予以治疗,通过术后X线片检查和骨折愈合时间对两组患者的治疗效果进行评定。结果在骨折愈合时间以及骨密度的改善情况,观察组患者的恢复情况明显好于对照组;对照组出现5例骨折移位、畸形愈合等并发症,观察组则有2例的浅表皮肤出现感染,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05〉。结论微创经皮钢板内固定能维持胫骨的正常解剖结构和功能,术后早期进行功能锻炼,可减少和预防并发症,治疗效果良好,并发症发生率较低,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive pereutaneous plate fixation in the treatment of tibial Pilon fracture problem effect, study its medical value, so as to provide reference for clinical. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2010 June to 2012 June, the two years from the tibia/Pilon fiactures in patients with 50 cases, which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each. The control group were treated by open reduction and plate fixation therapy, patients in the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation therapy, was evaluated by postoperative X-ray examination and fracture healing time of treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results In the time and the improvement of bone mineral density in fracture healing, to observe the recovery group were significantly better than the control group; the control group 5 cases of displaced fracture, malunion and other complications, the observation group with 2 cases of superficial skin infections, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Condnsion The normal anatomy and function of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis can maintain the tibia, early postoperative functional exercise, can reduce and prevent complications, good treatment effect, a low incidence of complications, worthy of promotion.
