复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效研究

摘    要:目的复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法 80例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组40人为对照,应用单用多潘立酮治疗;Ⅱ组40人,使用复方阿嗪米特与多潘立酮联合治疗。结果经治疗后,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组两组治疗方法都有着一定的功效,与治疗前相比,都有着一定的改善,两组相比较来看,Ⅰ组对照临床有效率为67.5%,Ⅱ组临床有效率为90%,Ⅱ组的治疗疗效明显优于对照组Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良有着较好的医疗效果,不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床上推广研究。

Abstract:Objective To research the efficacy of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet combined with domperido.ne therapy for functional dyspepsia. Methods 80 cases of functional dyspepsia patients were divided into two groups I and II, group I 40, treated with domperidone; group II40, treated with compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet combined with domperidone. Results We found both groups had effect on functional dyspepsia. Compared with before treatment, both groups had better effect on functional dyspepsia. Compared the two groups,The clinical efficiency of group I was 67.5% ,and group IT was 90.0%. The therapy of group 1I had better efficacy than group I (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet combined with domperidone for patients with functional dyspepsia had a certain effect,and with a lower rate of adverse reaction,we should spread it in clinical research.
