| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)、α-L岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)对原发性肝癌患者的诊断价值。方法采用化学发光免疫检测AFP,采用速率法检测AFU、GGT,原发性肝癌组38例,良性肝病组49例和健康对照组62例并对结果进行相关统计学分析。结果原发性肝癌组AFP、AFU、GGT水平明显高于良性肝病组和健康对照组(P<0.01),良性肝病组AFP、AFU、GGT水平和健康对照组比较,无统计学意义,三者联合检测阳性率可达94.7%。结论 AFP、AFU、GGT三项指标联合检测可提高原发性肝癌的检出率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of α-fetoprotein, α-L fucosidase （AFU） and glutamyl aminotransferase（GGT） in primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods Serum levels of AFP, AFU and GGT were detected in 38 eases of primary hepatic earcinoma（PHC） pateints （PHC group）,in 49 cases of benign liver disease（BLD） patients （BLD group）and 62 cases of heathly control （HC group）, then, some statistical analysis for these data were done. Results Serum levels ofAFP, AFU and GGT in PHC group were significantly higher than those in BLD group and HC group（P〈0.01）,serum levels of AFP, AFU and GGT were with no statistical significance between BLD group and HC group.The positive ratesof combined detection of the three indicators for PHC were 94.7%.Conclusion Combined detection of AFP, AFU and GGT could improve the positive rate of primary hepatic carcinoma. |
