摘    要:目的探讨血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(Scc-Ag)在中晚期宫颈鳞癌的表达及在放化疗中的意义。方法采集2008年8月至2011年8月收治的ⅡA~ⅣB期宫颈癌患者84例。根据国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)进行分期:ⅡA期6例、ⅡB期33例、ⅢA期7例、ⅢB期32例,Ⅳ期7例。盆腔淋巴结阳性50例,盆腔淋巴结阴性34例。抽取同步化放疗前、后及治疗结束后3、6个月的血清标本,所有血清标本进行SCC-Ag的检测。结果 SCC>30ng/mL 12例,20ng/mL

The Expression and Significance of Squamous cell Antigen in Cervical Cancer Treated by Concurrent Chemo-Radiotherapy

Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance and expression of the serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen (Scc-Ag) in the advanced stage cervical squamous carcinoma treated by concurrent chemo- radiotherapy. Methods From 2008 August to 2011 August we collected 84 cases of stage IIA-IVB cervical squamous carcinoma patients before and after concurrent chemo- radiotherapy, and The follow-up 3 to 6 months later after treatment of serum specimens, all serum specimens were SCC-Ag detection. According to the stage of the International Federation of gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO): IIA stage in 6 cases, 33 cases of liB, IIIA in 7 cases, IIIB in 32 cases and 7 cases of stage IV. Pelvic lymph node was positive in 50 cases. Results The positive rate of SCC - Ag is 80.95% (68/84) which SCC-Ag more than 30ng/mL was in 12 cases, 20ng/mL〈SCC〈30 ng/mL in 18 cases. Pelvic lymph node positive rate was 59.5% (50/84)), SCC - Ag was relevant with the clinical stages and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). The SCC detection according to the stage of: IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB-IVA were 50%, 79.4%, 8517% and 86.7% respectively before chemo radiation; SCC positive rate of 0.17.6%. 14.3%.43.2% respectively after treatment which significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion SCC-Ag is a relatively good method for the detection of disease recurrence in patients with cervical cancer who were treated by concurrent chemo-radiotherapy.
