高维持量氯吡格雷对不稳定型心绞痛患者炎性因子的影响

摘    要:目的探讨高维持量氯吡格雷对不稳定型心绞痛患者高敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)、P-选择素(P-selectin)的影响。方法选择87例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为三组,所有患者分别于治疗前、治疗一月后采用ELISA法测定三组患者的HsCRP及P-selectin水平。结果三组患者治疗后,Hs-CRP、P-selectin水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且与A组比较,B组(P<0.05)、C组(P<0.01)下降幅度明显,差异有统计学意义。结论氯吡格雷可以有效抑制血管内动脉粥样硬化斑块的炎症反应及血小板活化,高维持量氯吡格雷治疗UAP安全、有效。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of High maintenance dose clopidogrel on serum Hs-CRP and P-selectin in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 87 diagnosed unstable angina pectoris patients were enrolled and all subjects were divided into three groups. The level of HsCRP and P-selecfin of all subjects were analyzed by double-antibody sandwith ELISA. The statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results After treatment,the level of Hs-CRP, P-selectin was decreased(P〈0.05),and comparison with A group,the B group(P〈0.05)and C group(P〈0.01) Decreased obviously. Conclusion Clopidogrel can effectively inhibit inflammation of vascular atherosclerotic plaque and platelet activation,High maintenance dose of clopidogrel is safety and effective to the patients with unstable angina pectoris.
