老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者早期肾损害的研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病、原发性高血压、2型糖尿病合并高血压早期肾损害指标情况。方法对2型糖尿病、原发性高血压、2型糖尿病合并高血压三个病例组各随机抽取50份病例,对其尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、尿酸、血脂、肾功能情况进行统计分析。结果高血压组尿微量白蛋白量显著低于2型糖尿病合并高血压组尿微量白蛋白量(P=0.033)。在血压控制较好的情况下,尿微量白蛋白的进展情况与年龄呈显著正相关(P=0.011)。结论早期进行尿微量白蛋白筛查,严格控制血压、血糖,对延缓或逆转老年2型糖尿病与高血压的早期肾损害有重要意义,有利于促进老年患者疾病的早期干预,改善疾病转归,延长患者的健康生命年。

Research of the Early Renal Damage in Senile Type 2 Diabetic Mellitus Patients with Hypertension

Objective To investigate the differences of the early renal damage tests between the type 2 diabetic mellitus, the essential hypertension and the type 2 diabetic mellitus patients with hypertension. Method Extract randomly 50 cases in each groups,count and analyze the tests ofMA, I-IbAle, BG, UA, Blood Lipid and Renal Function. Results The MA level of the essential hypertension group is significantly lower than the level of the type 2 diabetic mellitus with hypertension group. In better blood pressure control, the progress of the urine trace albumin is significantly positively related with age. Conclusion Early screening of MA, strict control of blood pressure, blood sugar, is necessary for the elderly to slow or reverse the early renal damage of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension. It is beneficial to promote the early intervention of elderly patients, to improve disease outcomes, to extend the healthy life years of patients.
