摘    要:目的建立分光光度法测定琥珀酸亚铁片中铁的含量的方法。方法在酸性条件下,Fe2+与邻二氮菲生成有色配合物,该配合物在510 nm处有最大吸收,利用分光光度法测定铁的含量。结果Fe2+的线性范围为0.042 44~2.546 4 mg.L-1,方法平均回收率为99.5%,日内及日间精密度相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.9%。结论用分光光度法测定琥珀酸亚铁片含量简便、快速、准确,并可同时测定琥珀酸亚铁片中Fe2+和Fe3+的含量,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a spectrophotometry method for determining the contents of ferrum in ferrous succinate tablets.MethodsSpectrophotometry was applied to measure the absorbency after Fe2+ reaction to O-phemanthroline hydrate in the acid condition,where the detection wavelength was built at 510 nm.ResultsThe linear of the range of Fe2+ was 0.042 44-2.546 4 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8),and the average recovery was 99.5%,both relative standard deviation(RSD) of within-day precision and day to day precision were less than 1.9%.ConclusionThis method is not only convenient,rapid but accurate.It can also be used to determine Fe2+ and Fe3+,and for the quality control in production process of ferrous succinate tablet.
