| 摘 要： | 目的探讨溶血对血清酶类及其他生化项目检测结果的影响。方法通过Olympus AU640全自动生化分析仪对30例溶血组和非溶血组标本进行常规生化项目的检测分析,然后进行统计学处理。结果溶血组和非溶血组之间谷氨酸(GLU)和总胆固醇(CHOL)检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),其他丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)等21项生化指标比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论溶血对GLU和CHOL检测结果无明显影响,对其他绝大多数项目有严重影响。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the impact of hemolysis on serum enzymes and other biochemical test results.Methods Olympus AU640 automatic biochemical analyzer was used for routine biochemical detection in 30 cases of hemolytic group and non hemolytic group.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The test results of GLU and CHOL between hemolytic group and non-hemolytic group had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,ALT,AST and other 21 biochemical indicators had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hemolysis has no significant impact on and has serious effect on other majority of indexes. |
