| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性化脓性阑尾炎术后切口感染的危险因素,为切口感染的预防提供参考。方法对298例行阑尾切除治疗的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对切口感染的相关危险因素进行Logistic回归分析,筛选切口感染的相关危险因素。结果急性化脓性阑尾炎患者术后发生切口感染率为7.05%。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、BMI、合并基础疾病、手术时间、手术方式与切口感染有关,而切口感染与性别和切口长度无明显相关性(P0.05);多因素Logistic回归法分析表明,手术方式、BMI、手术时间是切口感染的危险因素。结论开腹手术、BMI≥24kg/m2、手术时间≥1 h发生切口感染的风险性大,对以上三个危险因素加以重点评估和合理控制,可以降低切口感染的发生。
