初诊2型糖尿病短期应用胰岛素泵治疗的研究

目的：胰岛素泵治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效观察。方法：胰岛素泵组与多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗组治疗的对比，比较血糖控制情况、血糖达标所需的时间、每日胰岛素用量和低血糖次数。结果：胰岛素泵治疗组餐后血糖更低，达标时间较短，每日胰岛素用量较少，低血糖发生次数少。结论：短期应用胰岛素泵治疗初诊2型糖尿病效果最佳。

Investigation of Applying Insulin Pump for Preliminary Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Short Term

Objective： In order to know the effects of controling blood sugar by different insulin delivery methods between applying insulin pump and multiple subcutaneous injections for preliminary patients with diabetes mellitus. Method： Compared the pretherapy and post - treatment blood glucose status. The therapeutic time and the insulin dose per day and the times of hypoglycemia event were observed. Result： Blood glucose is lower in the experimental group, and the therapeutic time is shorter, the insulin dose per day is less, the times of hypoglycemia event were less. Conclusion. It is better effects of insulin pump continuous subcutaneous injection for preliminary patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
