| 摘 要： | 采用光电容积脉搏血氧饱和度检测系统对67例高血压病人采集的脉搏波信号进行了频域分析,并和66例正常人进行对比分析.发现高血压病人的脉搏波谐波峰值衰减速度显著高于正常人,而谐波的宽度要大于正常人.作者从人体生理和病理学角度分析了这种差异出现的可能原因,从而为高血压病的早期诊断提供了一种新的参考方法.

| Abstract: | The pulse oximeter measuring system was used to do frequency domain analysis for pulse signals of 67 patients with hypertension disease and 66 healthy persons. The results of frequency domain analysis with these data showed that the peak values of harmonics for hypertension patient group decreas at rate significantly faster and these harmonics of the hypertension patient group are wider than those of the healthy group. It provides a new method of early diagnosis of hypertension disease. |
