| 摘 要： | 目的]了解接种乙肝疫苗后儿童乙肝发病特征及其发生的变化,为今后的乙肝防治提供科学依据。方法]对1982~2008年普兰店市15岁以下儿童乙肝疫情资料进行分析。结果]1982~2008年合计报告15岁以下儿童乙肝病人546例,年均发病率为14.40/10万。其中,1993年最高(30.56/10万),2007年最低(0.00/10万);男性为3.24/10万,女性为1.72/10万(P0.01);0~4岁为8.15/10万,5~9岁为18.16/10万,10~14岁为16.68/10万(P0.01)。15岁以下儿童乙肝年发病率与该人群乙肝疫苗年接种率呈高度负相关(P0.01)。结论]15岁以下儿童乙肝发病率有明显下降趋势,乙肝发病率与乙肝疫苗接种率呈高度负相关。
