上消化道异物96例内镜处理分析

目的总结内镜处理上消化道异物的经验。方法对96例消化道异物,采用电子胃镜进行直视下取出、内镜推挤排除或两者结合使用处理异物。结果92例成功取出异物,共取出或排除异物127件。4例5件异物未能成功取出。结论内镜治疗上消化道异物安全、快捷、经济、成功率高,应作为上消化道异物首选治疗方法。

Analysis of Endoscopy for Foreign Bodies in Upper Digestive Tract

Objective To summarize the experience of endoscopy in the treatment of foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract.Methods A total of 96 patients with foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract were treated with extraction under electron gastroscope,pushout via endoscope,or combination of extraction and push-out.Results The operation succeeded in 92 patients whose foreign bodies(n=127) were extracted or pushed out,and the other four patients with foreign bodies(n=5) failed to be extracted or pushed out.Conclusion Endoscopic treatment with high successful rate,which is safe,rapid and cheap,should be considered as the first-choice therapeutic approach to the foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract.
