| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨盆骨折后尿道断裂治疗新方法。方法对15例骨盆骨折后尿道断裂患者行尿道会师牵引：术后3-4周，尿道内置入3根8～10F硅胶管及1根4F输尿管导管，持续尿道扩张3个月。结果治愈9例，良好5例。结论双支架持续尿道扩张法治疗骨盆骨折后尿道断裂简便易行，安全有效。
