| 摘 要： | 以往普遍认为强直性脊柱炎是一种血清学阴性,以中轴骨骼为主、病因不明的慢性全身性疾病。该病临床发病率较高,青壮年男性最常见,目前认为其发病与多种因素密切相关。现就该病的临床病理、影像和实验研究进展做一综述,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考和启示。

| Abstract: | Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS)is a kind of chronic systemic disease with high morbility,negative serology and damaged axial skeleton,which is common in postadolescence and has become a hot spot of the study of spinal surgery.Its etiopathogenisis remains unclear,and its pathogenesis might be related closely to many factors.This paper summarized the recent progress in pathology,imageology and experimental study of this disease in order to provide systematical data for clinic diagnosis and treatment. |
