| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD11b expression in acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods Expression of CD11b in 80 AML patients was measured by alkaline phosphatase anti alkaline phosphotase complex methods (APAAP).Results The complete remission rate of CD11b AML(44 4%) was significantly( P< 0 05) lower than that of CD1b -AML(73 8%),which had no correlation with age,leucocyte counts,cytogenetic abnormalities and so on.Conclusion CD11b is a new clinical feature which indicates that the patients have a poor prognosis. |
