多镜联合治疗后尿道狭窄梗阻(附9例报告)

目的 探讨多镜联合的微创技术治疗后尿道狭窄梗阻的手术效果。方法 结合文献回顾性分析9例后尿道狭窄梗阻患者的病因、再次手术治疗及术后处理。其中骨盆骨折后尿道狭窄3例，耻上经膀胱前列腺切除术后3例，耻骨后前列腺切除术后1例，TURP术后2例；有3例为后尿道完全性梗阻。结果 9例中8例行一次腔内手术成功，1例因狭窄复发而行二次手术成功。术后均常规行尿道扩张。结论 多镜联合治疗后尿道狭窄梗阻，方法简单、安全、创伤小、合并症少，是一种理想的术式。

Multi-endoscopic technique for posterior urethral stricture and obstruction (report of 9 cases)

Objective: To evaluate endoscopic operative effect for posterior urethral stricture and obstruction. Methods: 9 patients with posterior urethral stricture and obstruction were retrospected and their causes, operation management and treatments after operation were studied. 3 patients because of pelvic fracture, 3 because of superior pubis through bladder prostatectomy, 1 because of posterior pubis prostatectomy, 2 because of TURP. 3 patients of 9 had complete posterior urethral obstruction. Results: 8 patients of 9 successfully underwent, only 1 endoscopic operation. 1 patient underwent two operations because of many stricture positions. They regularly had urethral dilatation. Conclusions: Multi-endoscopic technique is a good operation for posterior urethral stricture and obstruction because of its simpleness, safety, minimal invasion and less complications.
