中药内服加保留灌肠治疗老年慢传输性便秘48例临床分析

目的:研究中药内服加保留灌肠对老年慢传输性便秘的临床疗效。方法:对我院2009～2011年间收治的96例慢传输性便秘的老年患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组使用西药莫沙必利进行治疗,实验组使用中药内服加保留灌肠治疗,观察两组患者排便间隔、粪便性质及流畅性。结果:实验组治愈31例,治愈率64.6%,有效15例,总有效率95.8%,对照组治愈25例,治愈率52.1%,有效18例,总有效率89.6%,实验组治愈率、总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中药内服加保留灌肠能有效润滑肠道,促进肠蠕动排便,对老年慢传输性便秘有较好的疗效。

Clinical analysis of oral Chinese medicine combined with retention enema in treating 48 cases of gerontal slow transit constipation

Objective： To research the clinical effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with retention enema on gerontal slow transit constipation. Methods： 96 cases of patients with gerontal slow transit constipation collected from 2009 to 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Mosapride, while the treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine and retention enema. Defecation interval, excrement characters and fluency of the two groups were observed. Results： In the experimental group, 31 cases were cured and 15 were improved. The cure rate and effective rate were 64.6% and 95.8% respectively. While in the control group, 25 cases were cured and 18 cases were improved. The cure rate and effective rate were 52.1% and 89.6% respectively. The experimental group had a significantly higher cure rate and effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oral Chinese medicine combined with retention enema had a good therapeutic effect on gerontal slow transit constipation by lubricating intestinal tract effectively and promoting enterocinesia to defecate.
