中药汤剂联合西医治疗开颅术后颅内感染对照观察

[目的]观察中药汤剂联合西医治疗开颅术后颅内感染的临床效果。[方法]根据治疗方法不同,将80例颅内感染患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组使用单纯西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上使用中药汤剂(药用太子参、黄芩、丹参,等),两组均连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测两组患者治疗2周辅助检查结果阳性率,并判断疗效。[结果]治疗组患者中血常规白细胞升高、血常规中性粒细胞比率升高和脑脊液培养阳性的比率均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组出现脓毒血症和死亡的比率低于对照组(P<0.05),痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]开颅术后颅内感染使用中药汤剂联合西医治疗,可达到提高临床疗效,改善患者预后的作用。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Intracranial Infection After Craniotomy Comparison Observation

[Objective] To observe the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment of intracranial infection after craniotomy clinical effect.[Methods] According to different therapeutic methods,80 cases of intracranial infection were divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group used the pure western medicine treatment,the treatment group in the control group treatment based on the use of Chinese medicine decoction(medicinal Pseudostellaria,baicalin,Salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.),two groups of treated continuously for 2 weeks for 1 courses.The observation group two patients were treated with 2 weeks of auxiliary examination results positive rate,and judge the curative effect.[Results]Observation group in blood leukocytosis elevated rates,neutrophils and cerebrospinal fluid culture positive rate were lower than control group(P<0.05),found in sepsis and death rates were lower than the control group(P<0.05),the cure rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Intracranial infection after craniotomy using traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotic treatment can improve the clinical efficacy,so it has a important role in improving the prognosis.
