反复熔铸对烤瓷合金热膨胀系数的影响

目的 研究反复熔铸对口腔常用烤瓷合金热膨胀系数的影响。方法 运用离心铸造方法，将常用的贵金属、钴铬、镍铬烤瓷合金分别经过1次、2次、3次熔铸后，将合金制成金属棒试件测试热膨胀系数。对测试结果进行统计学分析。结果 每种烤瓷合金经过1~3次熔铸后，每代之间的热膨胀系数值无统计学差异。结论 3种常用烤瓷合金在空气环境下经过1~3次熔铸后热膨胀系数值仍符合临床要求。

The effects of recasting on the thermal expansion coefficients of ceramic alloys

Objective To investigate the effects of recasting on the thermal expansion coefficients of ceramic alloys.Methods Three alloys of nickel-chromium,cobalt chromium and precious metals provided by the manufacturer were cast 1-3 times by centrifugal casting method in air environment,and then made into the metal stick samples for the thermal expansion coefficient test.The test results were statistically analyzed.Results The results of the thermal expansion coefficients at each generation were not statistically different.Conclusions According to the thermal expansion coefficient values,three commonly used ceramic alloys after casting 1-3 times in air environment still meet the clinical requirements.
