微波根管消毒的临床疗效观察

目的 观察微波根管消毒的临床效果。方法 随机将140颗需根管治疗的患牙分为微波根管消毒组和FC组;常规根管消毒后,微波组封无菌棉捻,另一组封FC棉捻,1周后观察疗效。结果 微波根管消毒组的有效率为87.14%,FC组的有效率为82.86%(P>0.05),统计结果显示两组消毒结果无明显差异。结论 微波根管消毒方法是一种毒副作用小,有确切疗效的消毒法,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Clinical observation of microwave disinfection of root canal

Objective To observe clinical effect of microwave disinfection of root canal.Methods 140 patients requiring root canal therapy were randomly divided into two groups:the root canal microwave disinfection group and FC group.After traditional root canal preparation,microwave group were sealed with sterile cotton twist.The other group were sealed with FC cotton twist.Then observe the effects a week later.Results The effective rates were 87.14% in the root canal microwave disinfection group,and 82.86% in the FC group.Statistical results showed that the two groups had no significant difference.Conclusions The method of the root canal microwave disinfection is safe and effective,and it has certain value for clinical application.
