鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射治疗颞下颌关节骨关节病的疗效

目的:观察关节腔冲洗加鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射治疗颞下颌关节骨关节病的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的56例颞下颌关节骨关节病患者随机分为2组,Ⅰ组28例,采用关节腔冲洗加鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射治疗;Ⅱ组28例,采用关节腔冲洗治疗;所有患者均进行颞下颌关节Fricton指数评价,进行术前及术后评分。结果:Ⅰ组28例经关节腔冲洗加鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射治疗的患者,治疗前功能障碍指数DI评分0.45,治疗后DI评分0.19,经统计学处理,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前VAS评分5.16,治疗后VAS评分1.62,经统计学处理,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组单纯关节腔冲洗治疗患者治疗前DI评分0.49,治疗后DI评分0.31,经统计学处理,没有统计学意义;治疗前VAS评分5.38,治疗后VAS评分2.86,经统计学处理,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后比较,实验组在降低VAS评分及Fricton功能障碍指数方面较对照组明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:关节腔冲洗加鹿瓜多肽关节腔注射治疗下颌关节骨关节病临床疗效满意。

Efficacy of Temporomandibular Joint Injection of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide for Osteoarthrosis Treatment

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of TMJ injection of cervus and cucumis polypeptide(CCPI).Methods:56 patients with OA,in which 28 patients treated by TMJ injection of CCPI,other 28 cases treated by TMJ irrigation,were choosen to study.28 patients were injected CCPI 1ml into TMJ weekly for 3 weeks.Before treatment,all patients were evaluated by Fricton dysfunction index;then,after 1month of the last injection or irrigation,all patients were evaluated by Fricton dysfunction index again.Results:In CCPI group,the mean scores of Fricton dysfunction index(DI)were 0.45 and 0.19 pre-treatment and post-treatment respectively.There was statistical difference between them(P<0.05);The mean scores of pain index(visual analog variables,VAS)were 5.16 and 1.62 pre-treatment and post-treatment respectively.There was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).In contrast group,the mean scores of DI were 0.49 and 0.31 pre-treatment and post-treatment respectively.There was not a statistical difference between them;The mean scores of VAS were 5.38 and 2.86 pre-treatment and post-treatment respectively.There was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective for the treatment of OA by using TMJ injection of CCPI.
