自噬相关基因Beclin1和MAP1LC3在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:通过检测自噬相关基因Beclin1和MAP1LC3在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨自噬在口腔鳞状细胞癌发生中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,观察自噬相关基因Beclin1和MAP1LC3在47例口腔鳞状细胞癌和16例癌旁组织中的表达情况。结果:Beclin1在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达率分别为40.43%和75%;MAP1LC3在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达率分别为29.79%和62.5%,Beclin1和MAP1LC3在癌组织中的表达率明显低于癌旁组织,2组间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。Beclin1在高分化鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达率为42.31%,在中低分化鳞癌中的表达率为38.1%;MAP1LC3在高分化鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达率为30.77%,在中低分化鳞癌中的表达率为28.57%,Beclin1和MAP1LC3这2组之间的差异均无显著性差异。Beclin1在有淋巴结转移的癌组织和无淋巴结转移的癌组织中的表达率分别为9.09%和50%;MAP1LC3在有淋巴结转移的癌组织和无淋巴结转移的癌组织中的表达率分别为0%和38.89%,这2组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:Beclin1和MAP1LC3在口腔鳞状细胞癌中表达明显低于癌旁组织,在有淋巴结转移的口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达明显低于无淋巴结转移组织。

Expression and Significance of Autophagy Related Gene Beclinl and MAP1LC3 in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract:Objective: To study the function of the gene in the occurrence of OSCC.Methods: Expression level of Beclinl and MAP1LC3 were detected in 47 samples of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 16 samples of peficancerous tissues by immunohistochemical(IHC).Results: The expression of Beclinl in oral squamous cell carcinoma and peficancerous tissues were 40.43﹪ and 75﹪ respectively,and the expression of MAP1LC3 were 29.79﹪ and 62.5﹪ respectively.The expression of Beclinl and MAP1LC3 in human oral squamous cell carcinoma was obviously lower than in peficancerous tissues(P﹤0.05).The expression of Beclinl in well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was 42.31% and in medium-low differentiated was 38.1%,and the expression rate of MAP1LC3 was 30.77% and in medium-low differentiated was 28.57%.The expression of Beclinl in human oral squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastasis and in that without was 9.09% and 50% respectively,and the expression of MAP1LC3 in human oral squamous cell carcinoma were respectively 0% and 38.89%(P﹤0.05).Conclusion: Beclinl and MAP1LC3 are probably related to the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Abnomal expression of Beclinl and MAP1LC3 has a close relationship with the metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
