侵袭性牙周炎牙骨质厚度和牙根表面形貌特点的研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨侵袭性牙周炎(AgP)患者的患牙牙骨质和牙根表面与正常健康者是否存在异常。方法 侵袭性牙周炎患牙18颗,慢性牙周炎(CP)患牙15颗和正常健康牙23颗,每个牙分切后,普通光学显微镜和电子扫描电镜观察牙根表面形貌特点。结果 AgP患牙牙根表面纤维较少且有较多孔隙,CP患牙牙根表面纤维较AgP多。AgP患牙牙骨质厚度:根尖(80.9±45.8)μm、根中(45.9±16.1)μm、根颈(32.3±11.7)μm;CP患牙牙骨质厚度:根尖(137.0±78.0)μm、根中(80.1±32.2)μm、根颈(45.3±29.7)μm;正常健康牙骨质厚度:根尖(29.5±11.4)μm、根中(21.5±16.2)μm、根颈(17.0±9.0)μm。结论 本研究显示,牙骨质的厚度可能不受病变的影响。侵袭性牙周炎与正常健康者的牙根表面形态不同。

Study on thickness of cementum and morphology of the surfaces of teeth with aggressive periodontitis

Objective To study whether there were some differences in cementum and root surface between the aggressive periodontitis（AgP） teeth and the healthy ones.Methods 18 teeth with AgP,15 teeth with chronic periodontitis（CP） and 23 healthy teeth were collected for study.The teeth samples were dissected into two parts（buccally and lingually）and observed with scanning electron microscope and light microscope.Results Root surfaces of AgP teeth had few fibers but many pores.Root surfaces of CP teeth had more fibers than AgP teeth.Thickness of cementum was：AgP teeth（apical 80.8±45.8 μm;middle 45.9±16.1 μm;cervical 32.3±11.7 μm）,CP teeth（apical 137.0±78.0 μm;middle 80.1±32.2 μm;cervical 45.3±29.7 μm）,and healthy teeth（apical 29.5±11.4 μm;middle 21.5±16.2 μm;cervical 17.0±9.0 μm）.Conclusions The lesions may not affect the thickness of cementum.Root surfaces of AgP teeth are different from healthy ones.
